The building, which was completely renovated in 2021, sits enthroned right next to the Schattberg X-Press ski run with a wonderful view on the center of Saalbach and offers 6 ultra-modern, luxurious and comfortable apartments for 4 to 9 people. WiFi, free parking spaces in front of the building, a ski room with boot heating and helmet warmer and breakfast boxes, which can be booked optionally for your great start into the day, round off the holiday package ideally. The price is € 15 per person / box.
Thanks to its perfect location directly on the ski slope of the Schattberg X-Press, the chalet is a ski-in-ski-out accommodation. Pull on your skis or snowboard directly in front of the accommodation, be the first one to leave your tracks in the fresh snow early in the morning & after a strenuous day of skiing, swing off right in front of the entrance door. The chalet towers slightly above the center of Saalbach & offers a fascinating view on the mountain and valley landscape of one of the largest connected ski areas in Austria. The town center with all restaurants, ski shops, après-ski bars and supermarkets can be reached in around 2-3 minutes by foot.

Hotel policies
Your credit card details will be used to process the payments, which you can store in our system via a link after the booking has been completed. 20% deposit payment of the accomodation price on booking, remaining 80% of the overnight stay price 30 days before arrival. The local tax and the amount for cleaning and laundry or the security deposit will be charged 48 hours or 2 days before arrival. ATTENTION: All payments can only be processed by credit card.
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be released or credited in the first week after departure or after checking the object. ATTENTION: Without security deposit, a key handover can not take place. A deposit in cash is not possible.
Check-In
By means of an authorized message, you will receive the code and name for your key box (check the point Keys) on your mobile number as well as parallel to your e-mail address at 16:00 on the day of arrival. Unfortunately, an earlier check-in is not possible.
Keys
The check-in takes place directly at your booked object. An exact and supplementary explanation you will receive 2 days before arrival by mail.
Check-Out & Key Return
The apartment as well as the parking place must be left no later than 9:30 am on the day of departure. A check-out at a later time is not possible.
Bed Linen And Kitchen Equipment
1 bed set per person (1 x sheet, 1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover and 3 towels) is available. Each toilet is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will find 2 tea towels or a kitchen roll.
